Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”, a public offer) govern the sale and use of WinBar (the “Software”), a macOS application. They are entered into between you (the “Customer”) and the seller whose details are set out below. By purchasing or using the Software you accept these Terms.
1. Subject
The Seller grants the Customer a paid license to use the Software under the End-User License Agreement (EULA). The Software is licensed, not sold.
2. Price and payment
- The price is a one-time payment of $18.99 for a license covering one Mac.
- Payment is processed by WayForPay; the Seller does not store your card data.
- The purchase is complete once the payment is confirmed and the license key is issued.
3. Delivery
The Software is a digital product. The license key is delivered automatically by email to the address provided at checkout, normally within minutes of a confirmed payment. The Software itself is downloaded from https://winbar.app. If you do not receive the key, contact us and we will resend it.
4. License
Use of the Software is subject to the EULA. A license covers one Mac and may be moved to another by deactivating it first.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (14-day money-back).
6. Updates and support
Updates within the major version are provided at no extra cost via the built-in updater. Support is available by email at .
7. Disclaimer and liability
The Software is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the Seller is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Privacy
Personal data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Where mandatory consumer-protection rules of the Customer’s country of residence apply, they prevail.
