End-User License Agreement

Effective date: 2026-06-01

This End-User License Agreement (the “EULA”) is between you and the Seller and governs your use of WinBar(the “Software”). By installing or using the Software you agree to it.

1. License grant

Subject to payment and these terms, the Seller grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on one Mac that you own or control. You may move the license to another Mac by deactivating it on the first.

2. Restrictions

  • Do not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your license key.
  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Software except where the law permits.
  • Do not remove or circumvent licensing or attribution notices.

3. Trial

The Software may be used for a 14-day evaluation period. After it ends, a license key is required for continued full use.

4. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. All intellectual-property rights in the Software remain with the Seller.

5. Updates

The Software may check for and install updates. Updates are provided under this EULA unless accompanied by a separate license.

6. Warranty disclaimer

The Software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for backing up your system and data.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Software.

8. Termination

This license terminates if you breach it or if a refund is issued for your purchase, after which you must stop using the Software.
