Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we process when you buy and use WinBar, why, and your rights. The data controller is the seller listed at the end of this page.

1. Data we collect

• Email address — provided at checkout, used to deliver your license key and for support.
• Payment data — handled by WayForPay; we receive only the transaction result, never your full card number.
• License/activation data — your email and a non-reversible device identifier of the Mac you activate, used to enforce the one-device license and prevent abuse.

The app does not include analytics or advertising trackers.

2. Why we process it

• To perform the contract: deliver the key, activate and renew the license, provide support.
• To comply with accounting and tax obligations.
• Our legitimate interest in preventing fraud and license abuse.

3. Sharing

We share data only with processors needed to run the service: the payment provider (WayForPay) and our email provider (Brevo). License activation is handled on Cloudflare infrastructure. We do not sell personal data.

4. Retention

We keep purchase and license records for as long as needed to provide updates and support and to meet legal/accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize them.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data, and object to processing, by emailing (copy).
