Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with WinBar. Because it ships with a free 14-day trial, you can fully evaluate it before buying — but if a purchase doesn’t work out, here’s our policy.

1. 14-day money-back

If WinBar doesn’t work for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund you in full. We may ask a brief reason to help us improve, but it isn’t required.

2. How to request a refund

Email (copy) from the address used at purchase, mentioning your order or license key. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

3. After a refund

The associated license key is revoked and the Software must no longer be used.

4. Delivery

WinBar is a digital product. The license key is delivered automatically by email right after a confirmed payment, and the app is downloaded from https://winbar.app. If you don’t receive the key, contact us and we’ll resend it at no charge.
